| Back in Finland. Too cold here. Way too cold. Rye bread tastes excellent however :) I managed to meet the weight limits for baggage. I almost could have taken the Didgeridoo with me... Flight took something 30 hours, but this time there is no jet-lag. Hooray! Somehow I have the feeling that this wasn't my only trip to Australia :) | |

| we went to see the rugby final game to a nearby bar on saturday. Rules of the game were bit unclear but the athmosphere was great. England won by 1 goal at extended time :-( | |

Asmu and Kuvaweopu in our own winery tour. Gandi was the designated
driver. Gurdies Winery in the picture, was one of the friendlies places,
and the wines were great too. We went to a winery tour earlier, but this
kind of personal tour was far better. We recommend.

Glenelg district in Adelaide. Lot's of bars, cafes, etc. And of course
BEACH! Adelaide was maybe the best city in Australia, although Perth is
really nice too. There was something relaxing in that city. And Glenelg
district was very full of Adelaide feeling :)

A few new pictures coming up finally. This one's from Watarrka
(King's Canyon), a magnificent canyon located quite near (about 200 km)
Uluru. There's Gandi looking down the straight drop of hundred meters
or something.The canyon was definitely one of the highlights of our journey and hiking around it is definitely recommended. | |

We found a internet cafe with CD burning and camera unloading
equipment, and finally got our pictures to CD. Our memory cards were full
already. In the middle of CD burning a small possum baby walked to my
foot, scared little thing he was. Owners called some wildlife patrol to
get the furry creature back to nature.
Winona is at the moment in a mechanic, we are waiting for the verdict on her. Hopefully it's nothing serious. We are thinking about going to the Kangaroo Island. Maybe some winery tour too to check out the good aussie wines. But now we are going to walk the Adelaide Formula 1 circuit and check the curve where Mika Hakkinen almost died in 1995. | |

| Spend last night on the outback under the stars. It was without a doubt one of the most wonderful nights so far in Australia. After that we went to see movie shooting locations in Coober Pedy. Now eating in a Ferrari-themed restaurant. The owner was half Italian, half Greek, had lived in Sweden and had come to drink in Finland and has now moved to Australia. :) | |
